Statistical Reports for Clinical Trials
What are Statistical Reports in Clinical Trials?
Statistical reports contain the results of a clinical trial, more specifically in the form of tables, figures, and listings (TFLs). These reports are produced by statistical programmers who use statistical software to generate the TFLs according to the statistical analysis plan. Clinical trial statistical reports include different types of data, typically outcomes related to drug administration, efficacy, and safety, as well as descriptive summaries of demographics, medical history, and other patient characteristics.
